Even during COVID-19, Miracle Foundation’s Youth Ambassadors are advocating, mentoring and spreading hope. Safe and well in their orphanage or village home, they have found ways to spread awareness and help those around them.
Nivetha (18) is part of the WASH committee (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) and has conducted sessions for children in the orphanages on how to stay healthy. Shrusti (15) put together an informative video with steps on how to prevent the virus. Absalom (19) is sharing information on his social media regarding social distancing, helpline numbers and other up to date information.
Kalpana (21) has taken up painting, is sending videos to our donors and is chatting with her friends and family.
Saloni (18) has been reunified with her Aunt after living in an orphanage for most of her life. She is overjoyed- as are we- that she will continue her duties as a Miracle Foundation Youth Ambassador from her new home.
We are so impressed by our Youth Ambassadors and their willingness to step up despite the uncertainty and fear closing in around them. They are strong and dedicated to helping others like them.
They are our amazing Miracle heroes!
