Product Manager
Reports to Head of Product

Summary:
As a Product Manager for Miracle Foundation, you will play a key role in shaping the roadmap
of our enterprise SaaS application, ThriveWell. You’ll work closely with cross-functional and
global teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our partners and their
clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver
high-quality features and enhancements.
Essential Functions Include:
- Product Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs as well as market
and sector trends to contribute to the product vision and strategy. Help ensure alignment
of organization goals and customer needs. - Feature Definition: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on
customer feedback, market research, organizational objectives, and impact metrics. - User Stories & Requirements: Write clear and actionable user stories, requirements,
and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. - Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and feedback to measure product performance
and drive improvements. - Partner Engagement: Engage with key partners and their clients to gather feedback,
validate ideas, support product adoption, and ensure product alignment with their needs. - Engineering Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer within the development
team, ensuring product features are built in alignment with customer expectations. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with UX design, engineering, marketing,
and programs teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Education and Experience
Qualifications:
- Has a passion for improving the lives of marginalized children and families; a desire to
work for a cause-focused non-profit. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and
generate enthusiasm among stakeholders at all levels. - Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value through innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a complex product backlog and balance competing demands.
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience building and launching SaaS enterprise software (web and native mobile)
- Technical background or understanding of the technical architecture related to SaaS
products. - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Practitioner)
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to read fine print, view computer screens, and communicate with others to exchange information
- Occasional travel may be required

Data Analyst

Summary:
Miracle Foundation is seeking a Data Analyst to support ThriveWell, our app-based platform aimed at promoting well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and an understanding of nonprofit monitoring and evaluation (M&E) metrics. This position focuses on analyzing user data, tracking program performance, and generating insights to optimize ThriveWell while incorporating M&E frameworks to measure impact and align with organizational goals. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring data-driven decision-making within ThriveWell and integrating nonprofit evaluation best practices where appropriate.
Essential Functions Include
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze user data, app interactions, and program outcomes to generate insights that drive product improvements and operational efficiencies within ThriveWell.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and program impact.
- Collaborate with product and program teams to identify and track key data points that align with ThriveWell’s strategic goals, ensuring they reflect both product success and nonprofit outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for feature enhancements.
Product & Operational Insights:
- Work closely with the product team to help define and track performance indicators for ThriveWell’s features and overall effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of A/B tests and experiments to evaluate user response and optimize features.
- Provide insights on user feedback and feature usage to inform product development and improvements.
Integrating Nonprofit M&E Metrics:
- Work with the programs team to understand key nonprofit M&E frameworks and help integrate these into ThriveWell’s product analytics.
- Support the development of relevant evaluation metrics that align with nonprofit standards (e.g., outcomes, impact, efficiency, and effectiveness) to assess ThriveWell’s programmatic success.
- Ensure data reporting captures not only user metrics but also impact metrics, supporting the Foundation’s mission of tracking social good.
Data Quality & Management:
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data collected through ThriveWell, identifying areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain the highest standards of data quality and provide recommendations for enhancing data collection methods.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with product, marketing, and program teams to deliver data-driven insights and help ensure that decisions align with both ThriveWell’s business goals and nonprofit program objectives.
- Communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable insights to guide product and program development.
Continuous Learning & Optimization:
- Stay current with nonprofit M&E best practices and product analytics trends, incorporating new tools and methods to improve ThriveWell’s impact measurement and product optimization efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to refine product offerings and improve operational processes based on data insights.
Education and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in data analysis, with a focus on product analytics, user engagement, and business performance.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Python, and R.
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude).
- Understanding of nonprofit M&E metrics, frameworks, or a strong desire to learn how to incorporate these concepts into product analysis.
- Ability to synthesize data to track both programmatic and product-related outcomes and impact.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for using data to inform decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how data analysis can inform user-centered design.
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector, particularly in social impact, health, or education.
