Jennifer holds a BS in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Texas. Throughout her career as a UX designer, researcher, and strategist, she has helped high-tech companies build useful, accessible software that makes a meaningful difference in people’s jobs and lives.
At Miracle Foundation, Jennifer is responsible for researching and designing intuitive, time-saving interactions for ThriveWell web and mobile applications, as well as providing strategic direction based on qualitative and quantitative research. Her goal is to ensure that ThriveWell furthers Miracle’s mission of a home for every child in our lifetime.
Outside of work, Jennifer rides horses competitively and also researches, publishes, and speaks on medieval horses, horsemanship, and riding. She also enjoys gardening, reading, and baking for family and friends.
