Pari Jhaveri is the Founder and Managing Partner of Purpose Leaders, a customized global human resources consulting firm. She has been involved with Miracle Foundation as a board member and supporter since its inception in India. Until recently, she collaborated closely with the foundation’s global office and senior leaders to supervise and guide the people management function.

Pari has over 20 years of experience in various fields, including executive search and coaching, human resources management, and media and advertising. She started her career at Ogilvy Advertising, where she established the country’s first brand social responsibility business practice. After that, she founded Third Sector Partners, the country’s first cause-connected search firm for non-profit boards and CEOs. Pari was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Sesame Workshop to lead the India entity. Later, she worked as a Global Senior Partner at Transearch International, where she established a successful consulting practice spanning financial services, emerging technology, education, nonprofits, and sustainable development.

Pari holds an M.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Boston, USA. She has B.A. and M.A. degrees in psychology, social sciences, and non-profit and business management from the University of Mumbai, India.
