Rajeev Kathuria is the Principal at Novus 360, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, procurement and manufacturing in the logistics and semiconductor space with international experience in the United States, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India. Rajeev has held diverse roles in which he drove operational efficiencies, P&L and cashflow improvement, and led strategic mergers and divestitures. 

Rajeev holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
