As the Director of Strategy & Technical Expertise, Richa is responsible for leading the strategy development and planning initiatives for new and ongoing programs at Miracle Foundation India. With seven years of experience at the organization, Richa previously oversaw the partnership program between Miracle India, UNICEF, and State Governments in four states on family-based alternative care. She played a vital role in developing and implementing various programs at Miracle India.

Richa holds an M.Phil in Planning & Development from IIT Mumbai and was an Atlas Corps Fellow at the Grameen Foundation in Washington, DC. With over 16 years of experience in the development sector, she has conducted extensive research projects, due diligence, needs assessments, and evaluation and impact assessments for organizations such as FICCI, NIIT Foundation, and Delhi School of Social Work. She has also worked as visiting faculty with business schools in Delhi NCR and as a Master Trainer with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in Corporate Social Responsibility.
